7. User Content

7.1 Responsibility for Content:

You are solely responsible for any data, text, images, software, or other materials (“User Content”) that you upload, post, or otherwise transmit through the Services.

8. Subscription, Payments & Refund Policy

8.4 Refund and Cancellation Policy:

  • Refunds Offered: We do not offer refunds for any of our paid plans or services, regardless of usage or early termination by the user.

  • Informed Commitment: By subscribing to any of our paid plans, you acknowledge and agree that all fees are non-refundable, even if the subscription is terminated before the end of the billing cycle.

8.5 Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancel Anytime: Users may cancel their subscription at any time during the billing cycle. Cancellation will prevent future renewals but will not affect access to the current paid period.
  • No Pro-Rata Refunds: Upon cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing term. No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription period.

  • Data Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for exporting and downloading their data as allowed in the system before cancelling their subscription or before the subscription period ends. We do not offer post-cancellation or post expiration of subscription data recovery or backup services,and no data will be retrievable once the subscription expires.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, either express or implied. TalentStrokes expressly disclaims:

Customer acknowledges that there are risks inherent in internet connectivity that could result in loss of customer privacy, data, confidential information and property.
